What are your hours of operation?

We’re open every day from 6am to 9pm.

How much does it cost to do a load of laundry?

Washes start at $2.75. Drying is just $0.25 per 5 minutes. Prices vary by size and cycle.

Do you take cash or coin?

We’ve recently gone 100% cashless using PayRange, a secure app-based payment system that lets you control your payments right from your phone—no coins needed! 


We went fully cashless to make things safer and smoother for everyone.


No smartphone? No problem. You can still pay easily using our in-store kiosk.

Do I need a smartphone to do laundry here?

Nope! If you don’t have a smartphone, just use our in-store kiosk—easy and quick.

Is there a kiosk available for payment?

Yes! You can check out as a guest or make an account. Accounts let you preload funds and skip extra fees.

How many machines do you have?

We currently have 18 washing machines and 22 dryers - plenty of space to get your laundry done fast.

What machine sizes do you offer?

Washers: 20lb, 30lb, 50lb, and 60lb.

Dryers: 30lb and 50lb.

Do you have high-capacity machines?

We do! Our biggest washers and dryers are perfect for large loads and comforters.

How long does a cycle take?

Washes can be done in 20 minutes, and drying can take as little as 22 minutes (just don’t overfill!).

Are your machines cleaned regularly?

Absolutely. They’ve had a deep clean and are checked daily to stay fresh and reliable.

Is there staff on-site?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! For now, call the number on the door if you need anything.

Is it safe to do laundry at night?

Yes, safety is a top priority for us. We have a 24-hour security system through ADT and a multi-angle surveillance system covering both the inside and outside of the laundromat. Entry is controlled by phone access at night, so only customers can get in, giving you extra peace of mind while you do your laundry. You can let yourself out with the green button inside.

Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yep! The login info is posted on the wall.

Can I bring my own detergent?

Of course! And if you run out, we have a soap vending machine (it takes quarters).

Is there parking available?

Yes - plenty of free parking right outside.

Do you have folding tables or seating?

We sure do! There’s lots of seating, folding space, and even a clothes bar for hanging.

Can I leave my laundry unattended?

We recommend staying close, even though entry is secure—just to be safe.

What happens if I lose or damage something?

Machines are use-at-your-own-risk, but give us a call. We’ll do what we can to help.


Questions About PayRange

How do I set up the PayRange app?

Setting up PayRange is quick and easy. 


Just download the app, create an account using your email or phone number, and set a password. Then, add funds using your preferred payment method.


Once set up, you're ready to start! The app connects to nearby PayRange-enabled machines via Bluetooth on your phone.

How do I add a payment source to the PayRange app?

Once you have downloaded the PayRange app and created an account, you can add a payment source to the app. Open the app, select the menu bar located on the top left side of the app screen and select "Add Funds". You can then add a payment method of your choice and specify the amount of money to load to the app.

What payment methods can I use with the PayRange app?

The PayRange app accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EBT Cash Cards, bank accounts, and cryptocurrency. 


All payment types are instant except for the bank account and cryptocurrency option. Bank accounts connect within 3-5 business days, and cryptocurrency runs through Coinbase, which can take a few hours to connect.

Does PayRange or Janet's Laundry store my banking or card information?

Neither PayRange or Janet's can view, pass-through, or store card data. Card data is never sent to or stored on any servers. Card data is securely sent directly to PayRange's processor and PayRange is issued a token. PayRange stores the token along with only the last four digits of the card.

What is "Instant" funding?

When adding funds to the PayRange app, you can choose between Instant or Standard funding sources.


The main difference is how quickly your funds become available.


Instant funding (like Google Pay, Apple Pay, credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, and EBT Cash Card) adds money to your balance immediately.


The minimum preload amount is $10.

What is "Standard" funding?

When adding funds to the PayRange app, choose between Instant or Standard funding sources.


The key difference is how soon your funds are available.


Standard funding (bank accounts or cryptocurrency) takes time to clear. Bank transfers usually take 3–5 business days; crypto typically clears within an hour.


You can’t use the funds until they clear.

The minimum preload is $10.

How do I reverse a funding?

The fastest way to reverse a funding is by using the in-app PayRange chat support. Look for the chat support icon located on the bottom right side of the screen. Tap on the chat support icon, and then tap on "Reverse a Funding". If you no longer have the PayRange app, you can email them at support@payrange.com
